Consultation

A thorough 45-minute initial consultation with Esther, Nurse Practitioner to review your medical history, analyze lab results, discuss current weight, previous weight loss efforts if any and identify weight loss goals. This will allow us to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with your weight loss goals. The fee is non refundable.

Lab work

Prior to enrolling in any of our weight loss treatment plans, we require lab work to provide a clear understanding of your current health as well as identify factors that contribute to weight gain such as metabolic imbalances, hormonal issues and lifestyle behaviors.

Monthly check ins

We prioritize your success through regular monthly check-ins after your weight loss treatment plan is underway. Frequent examinations are crucial for the purpose of tracking your weight loss progress, addressing any issues, and modifying your treatment plan as needed. Our top goal is your success, and we are here to help you every step of the way.
